Martin,

My spare HG leathers fit. They are the standard one piece Tribal Evo suit which have a decent reputation. Trouble is the armour is rubbish. I'm going to pop into the HG shop in Bristol and see what the 'Race' armour is like. Whats the armour in your suit like? I can't remember.

David

Been down the road a few times in my HG suit. No issues so far. Value for money, you would be hard pressed to beat HG I reckon.

If you can get into my spare MJK set, you are welcome to borrow them Dave.

Its at least £200 plus VAT to repair the leathers so i reckon they are not worth it.

Hein Gericke it is then for Brands. I'm off to the HG shop on Sunday to see if I can upgrade the armour.

If I race next year then it might be time to splash out on some MJKs.

David.

Depends what design etc. I have a pretty plain old design as you know, think I paid £795. But then you get a discount for being an ACU licence holder as well. A word of advice though, get your name put on them when you order if you want it. The aero dynamic hump thing is extra, but, they are not actually recommended. That choice is yours.

Got to http://www.glfacc.demon.co.uk/. Graham, who runs the shop is a top man. You can get off peg or ready made. Mine are nearly off the peg, I have had the collar removed as I can not stand anything on my neck. You also decide the colour scheme yourself. You could just ask for the same as mine, we know they are fast....... Laughing

The green van will collect Mrs & Miss.

Which train company are you using? If First Great Western, I think their trains are green so will get you in on time, if not earlier! Razz

Could I borrow your leathers as back-up for Brands? Is it convenient for you to get them there?

I'll use my HG as the main ones but you never know when you might need a spare pair!
