I've been invited to give a talk on Club Racing to the Birmingham Institute of Advanced Motocyclists. I'm quite happy to brag away about what we do and show lots of knee down and crashing photos. Of course what would be really good would be to have some onboard video footage. Dave Stewart has told me what I need to do to get permission and will introduce me to the relevant folks at Brands Hatch (I need their permission and then Daves clearance following the chief scroots say so). The only fly in the ointment is the video kit. My own camcorder doesn't have video in, so I can't attach a bullet camera to it.
So here goes - does anyone have the right kit for attaching to the bike for me to record the races at the final round at Brands hatch GP in September? Obviously I would indemnify you for damage but would prefer not to have to go out and spend lots of money myself (yeah I know...cheeky).

Dave, I have plenty of onboard footage that you could gladly use if you wanted to. I have not got a camcorder anymore, it was in the boot of the 636 and was terminally wounded when i wrote the bike off. I have the rest of the syste, bullet cameras and switches etc. I will probably be purchasing another vid cam, if so you can use all the gear, if I don't, you can at least use the bullet cameras. I have a 2 system unit, I used to use one forwards and one back, a switch on the handlebar swapped between the two.
Look in the Vide section at the top of the forum, the ring stuff and Horton lane roundies was recorded on the system. The Mallory one was recorded on my previous system, just a single camera from Maplins. _________________ MUTANT NINJA HERO
