Semi-synthetic....cheap....its a tractor.
You're going to change it fairly regularly, warm the engine up before you go on track, so it doesn't need to be trick stuff for either high performance or life/heat cycles (which the engineers here tell me is a much bigger factor than how quickly it whizzes around).
I've hear fully-synthetic can play havoc with clutches.

I wouldn't worry, just avoid anything that's megabucks.

since you have mnentioned morris, you have to be concerned more with the oil grade suitable for the weather conditions you are in, so have a good read at this and make your own judgement chuffy, my ol china http://www.morrislubricants.com/
any brand is good as long as you pick the correct grade / weight. |
