Beechams cold & flu powder does the trick for me.
Make sure you drink lots of fluid and I mean lots of orange juice, not beer!
Olbas Oil to clear your nose and chloraseptic works wonders on a sore throat. _________________ Dartford Damsel in Distress |

Personally I prefer Beechams Capsules.
Very hot bath to make you sweat and then make sure you wrap up real warm. Snuggle under duvet with numerous layers to sweat more. Try hot curry or hot chilli to sweat even more. Drink plenty of water. Eat glucose tablets. Should be ok in about 24 hours. _________________ MUTANT NINJA HERO
