Well back from a weekend away in Scotland. Plaster cast comes off the arm tomorrow, other than that just about back to normal. Still have a few aches and pains but should be back to normality very soon hopefully.

No decisions made as to the next road bike, going to the NEC bike show next weekend where I shall have a good look around and see what takes my fancy.
