Chuffster,

I have been persuaded to do an Indy circuit day at Brands on Saturday.

The chances are it will rain and be cold. Any ideas on tyre pressures, if wet and if dry.

Typically on the summer days I would run my Corsas at around 30 rear and 32 front.

Sorry mate, missed this as I flew to Scotland Friday morning and had no internet. How did it go?

In answer to the question, I would usually run 32/32 in the wet and see how it went. Thats on standard road tyres, on wets normally 31/31 or drop back to 30 but usually keep 31 in the front.

Thanks Chuff. The day is this Saturday coming so you are in time.

Will provide a write up afterwards. I think there is a reasonable crowd going.

Missing this Saturday coming as well due to being at Mallory Park. Mates doing his driving day in Ferraris and Rally cars that I got him for his 40th Last year.

I hope Brands is dry mate, if the temp is quite cool but dry would suggest you probably run 31/31 anyway. Usually run 30/29 when its hot.

I wouldn't worry too much about the odd psi unless you are running low 50's in which case you should be racing Shocked Chuffsters advice is sound enough.

Have a ball, but avoid the white lines in the wet...unless of course you like tankslappers!!. Don't think the weather forecast is too bad.

I wish you luck Baloo. I can not be there due to prior arrangement to be at Mallory Park. Best of luck and my fingers are crossed that the weather holds fine. Let me know how you get on.
