Well the 'Pot' is off. What a relief. Am now in bandage that I can remove for washing etc. Back to the hospital for another check up in six weeks. Wrist is painful but thats hopefully due to it still being bruised and not having been moved much in the last 5 weeks.

Skin is falling off where the plaster cast used to be, gives the appearance of a sanke shedding its skin but should all come off after a nice soak. Twisting a throttle will probably be painful at the moment but i am still going to give it a go as soon as I can.
