BMCRC / MRO CLASSES 2006


MRO Classes:
Aprilia RS125 Superteen
Riders must be aged between 12 years and 18 years on 1st March 2006.
This class will run on a control tyre to be nominated by Aprilia UK.
Grand Prix 125
Open to riders 13 years and over in accordance with the licence criteria for the machine. This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.
Grand Prix 250
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.
Minitwins
This class must use Road Legal tyres except when a wet race has been declared.
Supersport 600
This class must use Road Legal tyres except when a wet race has been declared.
Powerbike
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.
Stocksport
This class must use Road Legal tyres except when a wet race has been declared. (max power 175bhp)
Super Sidecars
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.







BMCRC Classes:
BMZRC 250 MZ
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.
Yamaha Past Masters
This class must use treaded tyres in accordance with the YPMRC regulations.
Clubman 400
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick. (max power 80bhp)
Mini-Superbike
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick. (max power 80bhp)
Clubman Minitwins
This class must use Road Legal tyres except when a wet race has been declared.
Rookie 600
This class must use Road Legal tyres except when a wet race has been declared.
Nationwide 600
This class must use Road Legal tyres except when a wet race has been declared.
Rookie 1000
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.
Nationwide 1000
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.
F1 Sidecars
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.
F2 Sidecars
This class may use any tyre treaded or slick.


Technical specifications and rider eligibility as published by BMCRC/MRO
Mini Superbike is new and consists of :
Up to 415cc 4-cylinder machines
Up to 550cc 3-cylinder machines
Up to 700cc 2-cylinder machines

All 2-stroke or 4-stroke machines are eligible as long as they came with a V5 for road use originally and comply with the 80bhp limit, there are no other rules and no weight limits.

Stocksport 1000 is for machines which comply with FIM Stocksport regs, MCRCB Superstock regs or Production regs as long as they don't exceed 175bhp.
