Good day spent out at BSB yesterday. First race saw Bob Collins leading for much of the race, was passed just before the end and ran home second. A familiar name to me, he has been running in the Mini Twins series this year! And I have to compete with people like that next season.
The two BSB races were not bad races but lacked the excitement of many of the days races. Congrats to Grogoria for sealing up the championship, well done to Leon for winning a race. Bad news for JR (John Reynolds), big off on Friday resulting in four broken ribs, broken collar bone and punctured lung. Rumour has it that he shall not be riding for the same team next year! Hope he has a speedy recovery.
Kelvin Riley of Wheelpower finished a great fifth position in the last race of the day, Superstocks.
On the personal injury front. Virtually not a bruise in sight now. Flesh has healed nicely from damage. Arm is still in plaster but feels a great deal better. Can not wait to get the cast off and re x rayed on the 25th. Fingers are crossed that the bone has set together properly. _________________ MUTANT NINJA HERO
