Shame i missed you Richard and Justine and thanks for the tyres (they are needed)
Was having another Day out on the lanes.
Only fell off 4 times this time the only trouble is i am falling off at faster speeds. Managed to keep up with the run leader all day (except for the times i fell off)
ended up in a Hedge row and think i might of earned the nick name hedge row (hope that one don't stick)
Still had a great day and all for the princeley sum of £7.50
