I may have this wrong but I think thanks to my stunnng performance I have managed to keep Dave in 4th place by a single point from Martin Bissell. I just managed to beat Martin in 3 of the races.

I have Dave in 4th in the Championship on 142 points.
Wal is now 11th on 104 points.
Chuffster is now 12th on 99 points.

Given what a disaster I had its a relief to still be in 4th and therefore front row start at Cadwell Laughing

Won't be touching bikes for a couple of weeks....re-group....and then thrash the arse off it at one of my favourite circuits.

With the relief of knowing I was still in 4th I forgot to thank Chuffster.

He spent hours working on my bike on Friday and even came round Saturday a.m. to make sure that the bike had passed scrutineering. I now know how to completely dismantle the front end.

You should know me by now Dave. I will help out if I can. I was just glad that you were ok and with a combination of spannering skills we managed to get you back out there. Roll on Cadwell, I have only been there once, back in 2001 and that was on my trusty ZX7 so the round could be interesting for me. Hopefully I can show my riding skills again, you never know, we may bash fairings during the weekend if I can catch you.
